Unsigned books and the Church Kitty plush can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition (unread, unopened, no marks or bends).
Since Caroline hand-signs each requested copy, signed books are final sale — unless the book arrives damaged. If that happens, see below.
If your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge (including signed copies).
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions and the return address.
Unless the return is due to damage or a fulfillment error on our end, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend UPS Ground with tracking — we're not able to refund for packages that don't arrive.
Once your return arrives and we've verified the condition, we'll refund your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued.
